If you looking for Traffic Exchange Programs on English, you can find list and explanation how system works (two posts under). Here is the list of services on some other languages: French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Romanian and Portuguese. It's good way to start if you want visitors from those countries. Traffic you get that way isn't much of the quality, but you will always find few followers that way.

    Just signed up for hit9.com through you. Do you know if google is okay with this type of traffic and does it really keep counting my credits if I just leave the window open in the background?
